Completely renovated, the cottage can accommodate 10 people (or more if your kids are in bed...). It is 180 m² habitable. For the living space, the cottage has a large spacious entrance, a kitchen with counter, dining area and lounge. The cottage has 6 rooms, 2 bathrooms (1 with bath), and 3 toilets.
Bedroom 1, 4 and 5: 1 double bed each
Room 2 and 6: 1 bed simple each
Room 3: 2 single beds (that one put in bed double if needed)
There is also a closed and secure private garden with a terrace and a laundry room with machine washing and table for the ironing of last minute!
Rental possible from 1 to 10 people
Price all included charges: TV, Internet, parking, water and electricity
Non - smoking and pets are not allowed inside the House
Necessarily included bed linen
End of stay housework included mandatory
Baby bed and high chair available for €15 on request
City tax of €0.99 / night / person (over 18 years).
Deposit of 25 % to be paid by bank transfer or cheque
Balance due 15 days prior to arrival by bank transfer or cheque
Deposit to be paid upon arrival of € 500, returned 8 days after departure (unless breakage or damage)
In case of cancellation less than one month before the beginning of the stay, the deposit will not be returned
